2010 Another Year Older, Another Year Closer To Death

so yeah here we are in 2010 the world is still here and we are another your closer to 2012 oh my oh my the dreaded 2012 is closer, lets all run around like chickens with there heads cut off.  if the world ends, then the world ends and there isn’t a damn thing we can do about it but shoot life the bird one last time.

so what’s gone on since my last entry???? not a whole hell of a lot. as a stated and as you all are well aware of is that the new year happened its a start of a new decade, yes a new decade that’s what 10 means a decade.  so out side of that i have had yet another crappy as birthday like all the others back on the 13th of this month, but at least i am not old yet, I’ll be old when i hit 30 so i still have one more year.

since it was a new year and it been about a year in a half since my last format/reinstall of my OS i figured id do that, i also decided on taking apart my computer piece by piece to dust it out, i also took the time to rig up a little cooling unite thing for it seeing as how it was getting on the almost to hot range, and wouldn’t you know it it has kept it about 40 degrees cooler so yay! me.

I’ve been playing a lot of my Final Fantasy 11 game and have made it very far… most of my jobs have yet to be leveled at all, cept for my Dragoon 70, Warrior 40, Dancer 25, Thief 25, Red Mage 43, Black Mage 20, White Mage 10, Paladin 69.  yes that’s all the same character. this game you can play every aspect of the game with one character. the only thing i wish i could do is pull myself away from the game long enough to get back into my forums because i feel like i am failing my friends there, and i feel like i am failing my cats because i am not spending a lot of time with them….well not as much time as id like

that’s that i guess just a little summery of what’s been going on with me…like anyone gives a fuck

HOW I LEARNED TO MIND MY OWN BUSINESS

 

I was walking past the mental hospital the other day and all the patients were shouting, ‘13….13….13.’ The fence was too high to see over, but I saw a little gap in the planks. I looked through to see what was going on….. Somebody poked me in the eye with a stick! Then they all started shouting ‘14….14….14′…

And that’s When the Fight Started ! !

 

 

My wife sat down on the couch next to me as I was flipping
channels. She asked, ‘What’s on TV?’
       I said, ‘Dust.’
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ………………..
       My wife and I were watching Who Wants To Be A Millionaire while we
were in bed.
       I turned to her and said, "Do you want to have sex?"
       "No," she answered.
       I then said, "Is that your final answer?"
       She didn’t even look at me this time, simply saying "Yes." So I
said, "Then I’d like to phone a friend."
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ……………….
       I asked my wife, "Where do you want to go for our anniversary?" It
warmed my heart to see her face melt in sweet appreciation.
"Somewhere I haven’t been in a long time!" she said.
       So I suggested, "How about the kitchen?"
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ……………….
       Saturday morning I got up early, quietly dressed, made my lunch,
grabbed the dog, and slipped quietly into the garage.
       I hooked up the boat up to the truck, and proceeded to back out
into a torrential downpour.
       The wind was blowing 50 mph, so I pulled back into the garage,
turned on the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad
all day. I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and
slipped back into bed. I cuddled up to my wife’s back, now with a
different anticipation, and whispered, ‘The weather out there is
terrible.’
       My loving wife of 10 years replied, ‘Can you believe my stupid
husband is out fishing in that?’
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ………………..
       A man and a woman were asleep like two innocent babies.
       Suddenly, at 3 o’clock in the morning, a loud noise came from
outside.The woman, bewildered, jumped up from the bed and yelled
at the man ‘Holy Crap. That must be my husband!’
       So the man jumped out of the bed; scared and naked jumped out the
window. He smashed himself on the ground, ran through a thorn bush
and to his car as fast as he could go. A few minutes later he
returned and went up to the bedroom and screamed at the woman, ‘I
AM your husband!’ The woman yelled back, ‘Yeah, then why were you
running?’
       And that’s when the fight started…
       ………………..
      I tried to talk my wife into buying a case of Molson Canadian for
$24.95. Instead, she bought a jar of face cream for $17.95.
       I told her the beer would make her look better at night than the
face cream..
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ………………
       A woman was standing nude, looking in the bedroom mirror.
       She was not happy with what she saw and said to her husband, ‘I
feel horrible; I look old, fat and ugly.
       I really need you to pay me a compliment.’
       The husband replies, ‘Your eyesight’s damn near perfect.’
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ………………..
       I took my wife to a restaurant. The waiter, for some reason, took
my order first. "I’ll have the strip steak, medium rare, please."
He said, "Aren’t you worried about the mad cow?""
       Nah, she can order for herself."
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ……………….
       My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion,
and I kept staring at a drunken lady swigging her drink as she sat
alone at a nearby table. My wife asked, ‘Do you know her?’
       ‘Yes,’ I sighed, ‘She’s my old girlfriend.
       I understand she took to drinking right after we split up those
many years ago, and I hear she hasn’t been sober since.’
       ‘My God!’ said my wife, ‘who would think a person could go on
celebrating that long?’
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ……………….
       After retiring, I went to the Social Security office to apply for
my SIN The woman behind the counter asked me for my driver’s
license to verify my age.
       I looked in my pockets and realized I had left my wallet at home.
I told the woman that I was very sorry, but I would have to go
home and come back later.
       The woman said, ‘Unbutton your shirt.’ So I opened my shirt
revealing my curly silver hair.
       She said, ‘That silver hair on your chest is proof
       enough for me’ and she processed my Social Security application.
When I got home, I excitedly told my wife about my experience at
the Social Security office.
       She said, ‘You should have dropped your pants. You might have
gotten disability, too.’
       And that’s when the fight started…
       ………………..
       When I got home last night, my wife demanded that I take her
someplace expensive… so, I took her to a gas station.
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ………………..
       My wife was hinting about what she wanted for our upcoming
anniversary. She said, ‘I want something shiny that goes from 0 to
150 in about 3 secondsI bought her a bathroom scale.
       And that’s when the fight started….
       ………………..
      One year, a husband decided to buy his mother-in-law a cemetery
plot as a Christmas gift.
       The next year, he didn’t buy her a gift.
       When she asked him why, he replied, "Well, you still haven’t used
the gift I bought you last year!"
       And that’s how the fight started…..

Six Years Ago Today

for those of you whom do not know, i have this friend that died 6 years ago today.

His name was Lucky and he was one of my best friends, he got sick with cancer and i had to put him to sleep. 

he was a big furry black cat with a gray under coat. he loved spaghetti, peas, and ice cream. but mostly he loved me, there wouldn’t be a day he wouldn’t great me as i woke up nor a time where i was sick did he not stay by my side until i got better.  he was a very very good friend, he always listened to my problems and would actually give me hugs when i was down.

he was so smart, he figured out how to unlock and open doors on his own.  he used to love riding in my car with me.

i love my O’l’ Buddy Lucky i think him and Twitch would have gotten along great

so after you read this i want you all to go to your pets/friends and give them a big hug and a kiss and tell them how much you love them

Final Fantasy 11

i just started playing Final Fantasy 11 and i got to tell you that is flipping AWESOME

as you guys know i have been a huge fan of the series for years and i have played and beaten all of them….well almost FF7 still has been kicking my ass so yeah

i am playing a Warrior and…well crap i am so new to it i still can not remember the races name that i am playing but he is a big guy…..once i am able to i will start taking levels in Paladin so that i can heal as well but i have another 25 or so levels before i can do that.  i will also be taking levels in monk to help my fighting ability.  here are some pictures of the un boxing of the game.

My Skullcandy Ear Phones

i just got them in like a day or two ago, and i got to say i love them.  they do make my ears a little sore because of the rubber part that you stick into your ears, but it does block out other sounds which is awesome. 

my others that where similar to these where the ones that came with my shuffle and those got messed up when they got caught between me and a table as i stood, so most of the sound was coming out of the left side than the right.  i have other head phones but they are not as good or way to heavy to be warn walking around.  the one that is to big to wear around are big ass 30-40 dollar headset, don’t get me wrong those are awesome as well but these that i just got are easier to carry around and are a little more comfortable

At My Grandmothers Party

yeah guys, so far i think she has had fun.  we have got to the pool, my bald head has gotten burned, as with the rest of my body, to little time in the sun and to much time in the moon…. but to tell you the truth thats the way i like it. you never hear of anyone ever getting moon burn or cancer from moon burns, so take that you filthy day walkers

 

right now we (my direct family plus my grandparents and uncle) are over at a friend of my grandmothers best friends house.  i am sitting here at the table with no internet which sucks but thats okay.  we are waiting for the rest of the people to show up.  but thats okay, we can wait.  most of her friends are EPIC.  they are very much like her but just not as cool.

 

right now i am working on a camera for my grandmother and just a few seconds ago i got internet so all is right with the world

so now i am off to finish the camera and to goof off with other tech stuff

Grandmothers Belated Birthday

my grandmothers birthday was yesterday the 26th, i didn’t blog about it mainly i had not gotten around to it, but i am doing it now

so let me start off by wishing my Grandmother a very happy birthday and many more to come.

i would like to tell all my readers a little bit about my grandmother,

she is EPIC!!! most grandmothers are boring but not mine. how many other grandmothers can you sit down and watch modern movies with? both myself and my grandmother are really into paranormal related stuff, more-so myself than her but still she is fond of them. so way back in the day of the X-Files run we would watch it together.

another thing about my grandmother is that you do not have to watch how you talk (as much) and if you do slip up and say something to far out of line she doesn’t get on your case

she does try and keep some wit to herself, which is another good thing

today she is having a party with all her friends and what not over at a friends of hers house, i will be heading out to go there in a hour or so. which means i had better finish this entry up fast

i will be writing again at her party so be looking for that entry sometime this one

i hope my grandmother will read this post and feel like posting.

Cleaning/Organizing

well guys, i have done some cleaning in my room.  i transferred my comic books into a new box and placed said box into my closet.  some would say this closet has no end to the amount of storage.

 

i have been playing more of D&D 4th edition and i still do not like it.  its like there telling me this is what you do and NOTHING else, if it isn’t in the power list you can’t do it

 

i have been listening to a lot of my netcasts and what not

 

i write this just to write it not that i had anything to say worth while, i am going to bed and will be writting more later this week

Random Boredom

i really have not got a lot to talk about today other than i am currently at my grandfathers birthday party.  yeah before you say anything about it, everyone is playing poker and other card games which is far from my thing.  i have never liked card games unless it is solitar

i really should try to talk to some of the other people here but i hate talking to new people……any way they all are old, that makes since, it is my grandfathers birthday party so go figure lol

this week has been one hell of a week for my tv shows that i watch. Smallville, Supernatural, Prison Break, Lost, Ghost Whisperer, Bones, House.  all of those have ether hit there series finally or season finally and i have to say this is the fist time i have been this excited for the next season to start, damn dirty summer time. burn hell as i piss on your grave

i haven’t seen to many movies lately, at least none that where new, i am really looking forward to the next Transformer movie not so much the Star Trek movie

as for right now i am bored off my ass, i can not get to the internet and i have cleared off my computer with all my stuff, movies videos movies and what not
